Community engagement is the process of working\ncollaboratively with community members \u2013 be they library patrons, residents,\nfaculty, students or local organizations \u2013 to address issues for the betterment\nof the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The intent\nof the grant is to provide support for a school, public, academic, tribal or\nspecial library to expand their community engagement efforts. Libraries are\ninvited to apply by designing and outlining activities for a library-led\ncommunity engagement project.
